Out of hours notice for Flemington Road: Gungahlin Place to well Station Drive intersection - Weekend works - 21 October to 12 November

Final finishing works are required at various locations along Flemington Road between Gungahlin Place and Well Station Drive until 12 November. Whilst these out-of-hours works will generally be on a Sundays from 7:00am to 8:00pm, there are additional works scheduled from 8:00pm, Friday 26 October to 6:00am, Monday 29 October between Nullarbor and Mapleton Avenues.  

Traffic Management and Detours:


There will be no change for traffic travelling northbound and southbound along Flemington Road during these works.  Traffic management will be in place and highly visible throughout the works, including signage and personnel.


Additional Information:

The equipment to be used includes road saws, excavators, vacuum trucks, jack hammers, angle grinders, lighting towers, heavy and light vehicles and concrete plant.  The project team will ensure the number of machines operating at the same time is limited and equipment turned off when not in use. Non-tonal reversing beepers will be used* and workers will be instructed to keep noise to a minimum.
